Private Sessions Terms & Conditions
- PRIVATE SESSION PAYMENTS
a) Private sessions are to be paid for on the day of booking, and future sessions are to be paid for in advance before they begin to secure the time slot you want, so no other student can book it.
(For example, if paying for a block booking of 10 sessions, payment for the next 10 sessions is to be made in advance on session 10 of 10, not on the day of the next session.)
b) We do not offer refunds. Once sessions are paid for, they are non-refundable, regardless of the reason. - BLOCK BOOKED PRIVATE SESSIONS
To avoid a backlog of bookings and to ensure we can still fit you in, discounted block bookings are valid as follows:
10 x 1hr private sessions are valid for 16 weeks. - CANCELLATION POLICY
If you give us more than 24 hours notice of a scheduled session, you will not be charged. However, if we receive less than 24 hours notice, you will still be charged in full regardless of the reason.
Please note – We will try our best to fit you in another slot that week if we have one available for you to swap to. Unfortunately, this may often not be possible because our slots are often booked up a few weeks in advance.
- BEST WAY TO INFORM US OF A CANCELLATION
Please text or call us to let us know of a cancellation. Email is fine if it’s more than 2-3 days before the scheduled session, but we might not get your message in time otherwise. We will let you know as soon as we’ve received your cancellation message; if we don’t, it means we haven’t received it, so please text or call us!
